·         Professor Garfield Southall has been assigned as one of the conference chairs. Garfield is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Chester, UK where he started his career, as Chester College, back in 1984. He is a Governor at University Church of England Academy Ellesmere Port, and sits on the board of University of Chester Academies Trust (UCAT). He is also a board member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and chairs a number of their central committees.

·         Dr. Maaruf Ali has been assigned as one of the conference chairs. Dr. Maaruf served as the Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at the College of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Ha’il, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and currently working at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, EPOKA University, Albania.
